摘要
利用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪、差示扫描量热仪及扫描电镜等对新型Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Li五元合金的低熔点相、微观组织、断口形貌进行了分析。研究表明,试验合金铸态组织中存在非平衡凝固相(AlZnMgCu四元相和微量含Fe化合物),经过490℃/24 h+530℃/24 h双级均匀化处理后,铸态组织晶界上不规则共晶相回溶,部分块状相在晶界呈不连续分布,晶界变得断续且清晰。
The low melting point phase,microstructure and fracture morphology of new Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Li five-element alloy were analyzed by means of optical microscope,X-ray diffractometer,differential scanning calorimeter and scanning electron microscope.The results show that there are non-equilibrium solidified phases(AlZnMgCu quaternary phase and trace Fe-containing compounds)in the as-cast microstructure.After the double-stage homogenization at 490℃/24 h+530℃/24 h,the irregular eutectic phase at the grain boundaries of the as-cast microstructure is redissolved,and some massive phases are discontinuously distributed in the grain boundaries,and the grain boundaries become intermittent and clear.
