基于失效模式和效应分析的医疗设备全生命周期精细化管理的应用与探讨

摘要 目的探讨基于失效模式和效应分析(FMEA)的医疗设备全生命周期精细化管理的应用效果。方法于2022年1月起实施基于FMEA的医疗设备全生命周期精细化管理,以齐河县人民医院2020年1月至2021年12月(实施前)80台医疗设备以及2022年1月至2023年12月(实施后)80台医疗设备作为研究对象进行回顾性分析,比较实施前后医疗设备管理质量评分、医疗设备不良事件发生率、医疗设备使用科室满意度。结果实施后医疗设备管理质量评分为(91.45±2.11)分,高于实施前的(70.26±3.69)分;实施后医疗设备不良事件发生率为1.25%(1/80),低于实施前的10.00%(8/80);实施后医疗设备使用科室满意度为97.50%(78/80),高于实施前的82.50%(66/80)。实施后各关键失效模式的计算风险优先数(RPN)均低于实施前(P<0.05)。结论基于FMEA的医疗设备全生命周期精细化管理的应用效果显著,可有效提高医疗设备管理质量,降低医疗设备不良事件发生率,提升医疗设备使用科室满意度。 【Objective】To explore the application effect of fine management of medical equipment life cycle based on failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA).【Methods】The refined management of the whole life cycle of medical devices based on FMEA has been implemented since January 2022,and 80 medical devices in Qihe County People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021(before implementation)and from January 2022 to December 2023(after implementation)have been retrospectively analyzed as research objects.The quality score of medical equipment management,the incidence of adverse events of medical equipment and the satisfaction of medical equipment users were compared before and after implementation.【Results】The score of medical equipment management quality after implementation was 91.45±2.11 points,higher than that before implementation(70.26±3.69 points).The incidence of adverse events was 1.25%after implementation,which was lower than 10.00%before implementation.After the implementation the satisfaction of using medical equipment in the department was 97.50%,higher than 82.50%before the implementation.【Conclusion】The application effect of FMEA-based refined management of medical equipment throughout life cycle is significant,which can effectively improve the quality of medical equipment management,reduce the incidence of adverse events of medical equipment,and enhance the satisfaction of medical equipment users.
