MCPlus型多点晨检仪在直线加速器日常晨检中的应用

摘要 目的深入探究MC Plus型晨检仪在瓦里安Trilogy直线加速器日常晨检中的应用效果,并评估其性能是否足以满足日常晨检及维修后的质量控制验证需求。方法在直线加速器连续运行的15周内,每日早晨均运用MC Plus型晨检仪与PTW QUICKCHECK Webline晨检仪两款设备,对直线加速器的环境条件、离轴比一致性及辐射野宽度进行监测。详细记录每次的监测结果,并对MC Plus型晨检仪的监测结果进行稳定性分析,同时对比两款晨检仪的监测结果以分析其差异性。结果MC Plus晨检仪在监测瓦里安Trilogy直线加速器的性能输出变化时,展现出了极高的稳定性。其辐射野宽度误差<2 mm,而对称性、平坦度及中心点输出剂量的误差均控制在3%以内,这些指标均不逊色于PTW QUICKCHECKWebline晨检仪的表现。结论MCPlus晨检仪能够有效且准确地监测瓦里安Trilogy直线加速器的性能输出变化,因此,它完全适用于加速器的日常晨检工作。 【Objective】To investigate the application effect of MC Plus morning inspection instrument in the daily morning inspection of Varian Trilogy linear accelerator,and evaluate whether its performance is sufficient to meet the quality control verification requirements after daily morning inspection and maintenance.【Methods】During the 15 weeks of continuous operation of the linear accelerator,two devices,MC Plus and PTW QUICKCHECK webline,were used every morning to monitor the environmental conditions,off-axis ratio consistency,and radiation field width of the linear accelerator.The results of each test were recorded in detail and stability analysis on the results of the MC Plus morning inspection instrument was conducted.At the same time,the results of the two morning inspection instruments were compared to analyze their differences.【Results】The MC Plus morning inspection instrument demonstrated extremely high stability in monitoring the performance output changes of the Varian linear accelerator.Its radiation field width error is less than 2 mm,while the errors in symmetry,flatness,and center point output dose are all controlled within 3%,which are not inferior to the performance of the PTW QUICKCHECK webline morning inspection instrument.【Conclusion】The MC Plus morning inspection instrument can effectively and accurately monitor the performance output changes of the Varian Trilogy linear accelerator,therefore,it is fully suitable for daily morning inspection work of accelerators.
