摘要
基于古代典籍及相关文献,深入探讨高尿酸血症的中医病机特点,即“虚”“邪”“瘀”,并指出治疗应以扶正祛邪为核心原则。高尿酸血症作为痛风的前期状态,中医秉持“治未病”理念,在长期控制尿酸、增强机体免疫力方面具有独特优势。萆薢分清饮作为化湿泄浊的经典名方,其药效侧重于祛除实邪,同时,兼具祛邪不伤正的特点,特别适用于正气充足或正气不甚虚弱的高尿酸血症患者。结合现代药理研究,萆薢分清饮通过改善肠道菌群结构、促进关节微循环,有效抑制转运蛋白活性,从而发挥降尿酸、减轻炎症等药理作用。本文综述了萆薢分清饮的理论依据及临床可行性,旨在为今后高尿酸血症的中医临床治疗提供新的思路和方法,以期增强治疗效果,改善患者生命质量。
Based on ancient classics and related literature,this article deeply explores the pathogenesis characteristics of hyperuricemia in Traditional Chinese Medicine,namely"deficiency""pathogen""blood stasis",and points out that the treatment should take supporting the body's resistance and eliminating the pathogen as the core principle.Hyperuricemia,as the early stage of gout,Traditional Chinese Medicine adheres to the concept of"preventing disease before it occurs",and has unique advantages in long-term control of uric acid and enhancement of the body's immunity.Bixiefenqing decoction,as a classic prescription for eliminating dampness and turbidity,focuses on eliminating real pathogenic factors while eliminating pathogenic factors without harming the vital energy.It is particularly suitable for patients with hyperuricemia who have sufficient vital energy or not very weak vital energy.In combination with modern pharmacological research,Bixiefenqing decoction exerts its pharmacological effects of lowering uric acid and reducing inflammation by improving the structure of the gut microbiota and promoting microcirculation in the joints,effectively inhibiting transporter activity.This article reviews the theoretical basis and clinical feasibility of Bixiefenqing decoction to distinguish and extract substances,aiming to provide new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of hyperuricemia in Traditional Chinese Medicine in the future,in order to improve the therapeutic effect and the quality of life of patients.
