摘要
目的探讨基于人本位视野下的关怀护理在支原体肺炎患儿中的应用价值。方法选取2023年1月至2024年1月于乐平市第一人民医院儿科就诊治疗98例支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组,每组49例。对照组行常规标准护理,实验组在常规标准护理基础上给予人本位视野下的关怀护理。比较两组治疗效果、并发症发生率、家属护理满意度。结果实验组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);实验组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组家属对护理服务满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在支原体肺炎患儿护理中开展基于人本位视野下的关怀护理,可有效增强治疗效果,减少并发症,提高家属对护理服务满意度,具有临床推广应用价值。
Objective To explore the application value of care and nursing based on human-centered vision in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods 98 children with mycoplasma pneumonia who were treated in The First People's Hospital of Leping City from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects,the children were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received conventional standard care,while the experimental group received care and nursing based on human-centered vision on the basis of conventional standard care.The therapeutic effects,incidence of complications and satisfaction of family members with nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results The fever resolution time,cough resolution time,rales resolution time,and length of stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the family members in the experimental group with the nursing service was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Care and nursing based on human-centered vision in the nursing of children with mycoplasma pneumonia can effectively improve the treatment effect,reduce complications,and enhance the satisfaction of family members with nursing services,which has clinical application value.
