氧化锆全瓷修复材料的发展及展望

摘要 作为一种多功能材料,氧化锆在口腔医学中主要应用于口腔修复领域。因其具有较高的断裂韧性、抗压强度,兼备耐磨损、耐腐蚀性能,且美观性接近自然牙齿,在牙科修复中展现出良好的应用前景。本文回顾了氧化锆陶瓷的分类、理化特性和制造工艺,重点分析了各代氧化锆的性能特点与优势,梳理了相关研究现状并对其发展趋势进行展望,以期进一步了解氧化锆的性能,为临床应用提供思路。 Zirconia,as a multifunctional material,is mainly used in the field of oral restoration in dentistry.Because of its high fracture toughness,compressive strength,and abrasion resistance,corrosion resistance,as well as aesthetics close to the natural teeth,it shows a good application prospect in dental restoration.This review concludes the classification,physicochemical properties and manufacturing process of zirconia ceramics,with a focus on analyzing the performance characteristics and advantages of various generations of zirconia.By sorting out the current status of related research and looking forward to its development trend,we hope to further understand the performance of zirconia ceramics and provide ideas for its clinical application.
