无回吸牙科手机在下颌阻生第三磨牙治疗中的应用效果分析

摘要 目的探讨无回吸手机在下颌阻生第三磨牙治疗中的效果与预后。方法选取2024年1—12月首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院收治的阻生牙患者160例,根据手术器械不同分为传统涡轮机组与无回吸手机组,每组各80例。对比两组手术时间、术后并发症发生率及术后第3天视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、面部肿胀程度。结果无回吸手机组的手术时间(13.12±1.28)min,较传统涡轮机组的(18.42±1.57)min短(P<0.001);无回吸手机组术后干槽症发生率、术后第3天的VAS评分、面部肿胀程度均低于传统涡轮机组(P<0.05)。结论无回吸手机在下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除过程中能够缩短手术时间,降低术后并发症,减轻疼痛,减轻术后面部肿胀程度。 Objective To investigate the efficacy and prognosis of zero suckback technology in the treatment of impacted mandibular third molars.Methods A total of 160 patients with impacted teeth admitted to Beijing Chaoyang Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from January 2024 to December 2024 were enrolled and divided into two groups based on surgical instruments:the traditional high speed turbine group(n=80)and the zero suckback technology group(n=80).The surgical time,incidence of postoperative complications,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores on the third postoperative day,and degree of facial swelling were compared between the two groups.Results The surgical time in the zero suck back technology group was significantly shorter(13.12±1.28 min)compared to the traditional high speed turbine group(18.42±1.57 min)(P<0.001).The zero suckback technology group also exhibited a lower incidence of dry socket,lower VAS scores on the third postoperative day,and reduced facial swelling compared to the traditional high speed turbine group(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of zero suckback technology during the extraction of impacted mandibular third molars shortens the surgical time,reduces postoperative complications,decreases postoperative pain,and mitigates postoperative facial swelling.
