摘要
在智能建造背景下,数字化技术助力EPC模式变革,实现项目全生命周期高效管控。但数据共享存在数据孤岛、协同低效等问题,制约成本控制与风险管控。本研究构建“业主——总承包商——分包商”演化博弈模型,分析信息共享系统中策略互动与动态均衡。研究表明,初始策略占比和业主奖励对系统演化速度和效率影响显著,并提出相应优化建议。
Against the backdrop of intelligent construction,digital technologies have facilitated the transformation of the EPC model,enabling efficient lifecycle management of projects.However,data sharing faces challenges such as data silos and inefficient collaboration,which hinder cost control and risk management.This study constructs an evolutionary game model among"owners-general contractors-subcontractors"to analyze the strategic interactions and dynamic equilibrium within an information-sharing system.The research shows that the initial strategy proportion and owner incentives significantly impact the system's evolution speed and efficiency,and corresponding optimization suggestions.
