摘要
为解决地下空间工程项目建设周期紧迫、管理难度大、信息化水平低等问题,提出基于BIM+GIS融合技术,设计并开发地下空间工程规建管平台的方法。平台探讨了全新的地下空间工程规建管全周期一体化流程,阐述了平台的技术路线设计、技术框架设计以及功能实现等内容。实践证明,平台开发的“一张图”展示、全周期一体化管理以及移动应用等功能,让地下空间工程从规划、设计、建设、运营到维护可视化、一体化管理,极大提高了地下空间工程规建管效率和智能化水平。
In order to solve the problems of urgent construction schedule,difficulty in management,and low level of informatization in underground space engineering projects,this paper proposes a method to design and develop an underground space engineering planning,construction,and management platform based on BIM+GIS integration technology.The platform explores a new integrated process for the whole life cycle of underground space engineering planning,construction,and management and elaborates on the technical route design,technical framework design,and functional implementation of the platform.Practice has proven that the platform’s“one map”display,whole life cycle integrated management,and mobile application functions enabling the visualization and integrated management of underground space engineering from planning,design,construction,operation and maintenance,greatly improving the efficiency and intelligence level of underground space engineering planning,construction,and management.
