摘要
为提升不动产登记及数据成果管理效率,利用倾斜摄影实景三维模型、BIM模型等改变传统二维数据表现形式,在不动产实景三维场景下,将不动产户室单元模型、房间结构三维模型等与属性数据进行匹配关联,直观展示不动产特征信息,辅助进行不动产登记;同时利用Cesium开源技术,结合不动产业务需求,设计搭建三维不动产信息管理平台,以交互性较强的Web界面进行不动产登记及多类型数据成果管理,通过三维不动产场景展示、检索查询、空间分析、业务应用等功能模块,在三维可视化场景下实现了不动产登记及数据成果的高效管理及共享共用,为不动产登记管理提供了便捷高效的解决方案。
In order to improve the efficiency of real estate registration and data achievement management,oblique photographic realistic 3D model and BIM model were used to change the traditional two-dimensional data representation.In the three-dimensional real estate scene,the real estate indoor unit model and room structure 3D model were matched and associated with the attribute data to visually display the real estate characteristic information and assist the real estate registration.At the same time,Cesium open-source technology is used to design and build a three-dimensional real estate information management platform in combination with real estate business needs.Real estate registration and multi-type data achievement management are carried out with a highly interactive Web interface.Functional modules such as three-dimensional real estate scene display,retrieval query,spatial analysis,and business application are used.In the three-dimensional visualization scene,it realizes the efficient management and sharing of real estate registration and data achievement,and provides a convenient and efficient solution for real estate registration management.
