摘要
宁夏某电厂直接空冷发电机组发生腐蚀,为探究湿度对直接空冷机组空冷岛腐蚀速率的影响,通过室内模拟试验探究50%~90%湿度条件下碳钢的腐蚀速率变化。结果表明,在相对湿度低于60%时,碳钢腐蚀速率慢,耐腐蚀性较好;当相对湿度超过60%时,碳钢腐蚀速率加速上升,最高达到0.1726 g/(m^(2)·h)。对直接空冷机组提出干法保养措施,用转轮除湿机进行干法保养并实际应用于宁夏某电厂;保养过程中凝结水中铁含量多数时间段内保持在30μg/L以下,相对湿度保持在50%以下,该方法有效缓解了直接空冷机组的腐蚀问题,达到了预期效果。
A direct air-cooling unit in a power plant in Ningxia has been corroded.In order to explore the effect of humidity on the corrosion rate of the air cooling island of the direct air-cooling unit,an indoor simulation test was conducted to explore the corrosion rate of carbon steel under humidity conditions of 50%to 90%.The results show that when the relative humidity is lower than 60%,the corrosion rate of carbon steel is slow and the corrosion resistance is good.When the relative humidity exceeds 60%,the corrosion rate of carbon steel increases rapidly,reaching a maximum of 0.1726 g/(m^(2)·h).The dry maintenance measures for the direct air-cooling units are proposed,and dry maintenance with a rotary dehumidifier is used and actually applied to a power plant in Ningxia.During the maintenance process,the iron content in the condensate water remained below 30μg/L for most of time,and the relative humidity remained below 50%.This method effectively alleviates the corrosion problem of the direct air-cooling unit and achieves the expected results.
