摘要
为进一步优化铁路机务设备维护工作,掌握关键装备自主修技术,推进设备维护向自主化、自动化转变。通过对当前机务CI接触器维护工作内容和特点进行深度分析,研发了一种HXD3C机车CI接触器测试装置。该装置包括便携式工装和地面测试工装各一套,可以满足对CI接触器进行车上排查及地面自主检测维修的需要。其中地面装置由上位机软件和硬件组成,可以进行CI接触器关键参数如吸合电压、吸合时间、断开时间、主触头电阻、辅助联锁电阻的测量,并根据测试需要生成检测报告。该装置的研发为自主检修打下了关键基础,为作业人员在车上实时实地排查设备运行状态提供了条件。
To optimize railway rolling stock maintenance,master core equipment self-reliant repair technologies,and advance maintenance toward autonomy and automation,this study conducted in-depth analysis of current CI contactor maintenance protocols.A dedicated test rig for HXD3C locomotive CI contactors was subsequently developed.The system comprises one portable and one ground-based test unit,enabling both onboard troubleshooting and ground-level autonomous inspection/repair of CI contactors.The ground-based apparatus integrates software and hardware to measure critical parameters—including pick-up voltage,engagement/disengagement time,main contact resistance,and auxiliary interlock resistance—while generating test reports upon demand.This development establishes foundational capabilities for self-sufficient maintenance and empowers real-time on-site diagnostics during equipment operation.
