摘要
中国诗歌的叙事传统源远流长,作为一种诗性构成的叙事性也广泛地存在于包括叙事诗在内的抒情、写景、说理等不同类型的诗歌之中。然而,作为具有结构性诗学功能与意义的叙事性却是新诗现代性追求和现代诗学变革的必然结果。杨四平教授的新著《中国新诗叙事学》既在“现代性”的总体性视野中考辨了中国新诗百年发展中的叙事理论与历史实践,又依据当代蓬勃发展的叙事理论,从诗学本体论的角度对其进行了理论的整合与提升。“现代性”中的后现代精神更为作者突破既往新诗叙事研究的固有认识和思维惯性,成功发现并总结出中国新诗的“叙事传统”,提供了强大的思想动力。
The narrative tradition in Chinese poetry has a long history.The narrative quality,as a poetic construct,is widely present in various types of poetry,including narrative poems,lyric poems,landscape poems,and philosophical poems.However,the narrative quality as a structural poetic function and meaning is an inevitable outcome of the modernity pursuit and modern poetic theory transformation of new poetry in China.Professor Yang Siping’s new book,Narratology of Chinese New Poetry,not only examines the narrative theories and historical practices in the century-long development of Chinese new poetry from the overall perspective of“modernity”,but also integrates and elevates them from the perspective of poetic ontology based on flourishing contemporary narrative theories.The postmodern spirit in“modernity”provides a powerful ideological impetus for the author to break through the previous fixed understanding and thinking inertia of new poetry narrative research and successfully discover and summarize the“narrative tradition”of Chinese new poetry.
