摘要
随着低空技术的不断突破,低空产能持续扩张,低空飞行器与低空飞行服务的供需矛盾日益凸显,如何拓展其应用场景正日益成为低空经济高质量发展的难点。研究表明:(1)本质而言,低空应用场景孵化就是低空消费市场的创设,通过低空应用场景孵化,低空产品将嵌入特定场域,并催生新的低空消费市场。(2)低空应用场景孵化主体较为多元,低空企业、低空产品用户及专业孵化平台是其三大标杆,且技术、场景以及平台是各主体驱动低空应用场景孵化的核心要素。(3)低空应用场景孵化的生发过程相对复杂,一个标准的低空应用场景孵化活动需依次经历孵化机会识别、孵化决策、孵化计划制定与实施以及孵化场景标准化五个发展阶段。进一步研究发现,低空应用场景孵化绩效的影响因素众多,且不同孵化环节的影响组分各异。(4)低空经济应用场景孵化仍面临着孵化预期偏弱、低空技术创新能力亟待提升、孵化活动融资约束较为突出以及孵化场景的选择结构严重失衡等障碍。
With ongoing breakthroughs in low-altitude technologies,the rapid expansion of production capacity has intensified the mismatch between the supply and demand for low-altitude aircraft and related services.Expanding application scenarios has thus emerged as a core challenge in achieving high-quality development within the low-altitude economy.This study finds:(1)the essence of scenario incubation lies in the cultivation of low-altitude consumer markets.Through the embedding of low-altitude products into specific domains,new market demands are generated;(2)the incubation process involves diverse stakeholders,including enterprises,end-users,and professional incubation platforms,with technology,scenario design,and platform services functioning as key drivers;(3)a standard incubation process progresses through five stages:opportunity identification,decision-making,planning and implementation,and scenario standardization.Further analysis indicates that incubation performance is influenced by multiple factors,varying across different stages;(4)the process still faces several bottlenecks,including weak expectations,insufficient technological innovation,financing constraints,and imbalanced scenario selection structures.
