摘要
在新时代区域协调发展理念指导下,数字经济赋能区域创新协同发展,加速长三角城市群融入全球科技革命新浪潮。本文以长三角城市群41个城市为研究对象,构建数字经济和城市创新效率差距的测度指标,利用门限效应模型,从城市网络视角检验了数字经济对创新效率差距的影响效应和作用路径。研究发现:数字经济具有缓解城市创新效率差距的总效应,该结论经过稳健性检验和内生性检验依旧成立。并且数字经济可以通过强化城市经济网络效应和创新网络效应作用于城市创新效率差距。异质性检验结果表明,数字经济在不同市场一体化水平下,均能促进经济网络和创新网络的发展,但在市场一体化水平较低的城市中,其网络强化效应与缩小创新效率差距的传导机制存在“断裂”。鉴于此,长三角城市群需强化顶层设计,促进城市间合作交流,优化城市网络构建,缩小创新效率差距,推动数字经济赋能区域创新协同发展。
Under the guidance of the new era’s concept of coordinated regional development,the digital economy is empowering collaborative regional innovation and accelerating the integration of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration into the new wave of the global technological revolution.Taking 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta as the research objects,this paper constructs measurement indicators for the digital economy and urban innovation efficiency gaps.Using quantile regression and threshold effect models,it examines the impact and mechanisms of the digital economy on innovation efficiency gaps from the perspective of urban networks.The study finds that the digital economy has a general effect of alleviating urban innovation efficiency gaps,and this conclusion remains robust after tests for robustness and endogeneity.Moreover,the digital economy influences innovation efficiency gaps by strengthening the effects of urban economic networks and innovation networks.Heterogeneity tests show that the digital economy promotes the development of both economic and innovation networks across different levels of market integration.However,in cities with lower levels of market integration,there is a“disconnection”in the transmission mechanism between network strengthening and the narrowing of innovation efficiency gaps.In addition,compared with Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces,Anhui Province has a lower level of digital economy development and a more pronounced polarization of innovation resources within the province,resulting in the digital economy failing to significantly bridge innovation efficiency gaps between its cities.In light of this,the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration needs to strengthen top-level design,promote inter-city cooperation and exchange,optimize the construction of urban networks,narrow innovation efficiency gaps,and advance the collaborative development of regional innovation empowered by the digital economy.
