污水处理厂A^(2)O工艺磁悬浮鼓风机间歇曝气运行模式的实现与应用效果

摘要 阐述污水处理厂多模式A^(2)O工艺原理和工艺特色,介绍天津某污水处理厂多模式A^(2)O工艺磁悬浮鼓风机的运行工况,通过优化鼓风机可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)程序,降低多模式A^(2)O工艺好氧池溶解氧,为今后多模式A^(2)O工艺应对低进水负荷工况高效去除总氮提供解决方案。 This paper elaborates on the principles and characteristics of the multi-mode A^(2)O process in wastewater treatment plants.It introduces the operating conditions of maglev blowers in the multi-mode A^(2)O process at a wastewater treatment plant in Tianjin.By optimizing the PLC control program of the blowers,the dissolved oxygen(DO)concentration in the aerobic tanks of the multi-mode A^(2)O process was effectively reduced.This provides an optimized operational solution for maglev blowers to enhance total nitrogen(TN)removal efficiency under low influent load conditions in future applications of the multi-mode A^(2)O process.
