煤矿井下智能运输调度管理系统研究与实践 被引量:1

摘要 为增强煤矿运输系统的安全性能与工作效率,通过融合超宽带(UWB)精确定位、道岔控制、地理信息系统(GIS)地图、WiFi无线通信及综合调度等技术,设计了一种煤矿井下智能运输调度管理系统。通过系统设计、技术开发,构建了完整的系统,全面集成了机车运行状态的实时监控、道岔风门的自动控制及机车全生命周期管理等功能。在淮北杨柳煤矿的实践应用中,该系统显著提高了运输效率并有效降低了安全风险,验证了其稳定性和可靠性。该系统为煤矿的智能化转型提供了坚实的支撑,具有较高的推广应用价值。 To enhance the safety and efficiency of coal mine transportation system,designed an intelligent transportation scheduling management system for underground coal mine by integrating technologies such as ultra-wideband(UWB)precise positioning,turnout control,geographic information system(GIS)mapping,WiFi wireless communication and integrated scheduling.Through system design and technological development,a complete system has been established,which integrates the functions shch as real-time monitoring of locomotive operating status,automatic control of turnouts and air doors,and full lifecycle management of locomotives.In practical application at Huainan Yangliu coal mine,this system has successfully improved transportation efficiency,reduced safety risks,and verified its stability and reliability.This system provides strong support for the intelligent construction of coal mine and has higher promotion and application value.
