摘要
目的:观察葆宫止血颗粒联合黄体酮治疗功能失调性子宫出血患者的效果。方法:选取2021年9月至2024年2月该院收治的100例功能失调性子宫出血患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各50例。对照组采用黄体酮治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合葆宫止血颗粒治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后性激素[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、黄体生成素(LH)]水平、子宫参数(子宫内膜厚度、子宫体积)和月经量[月经失血图(PBAC)]评分,以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为98.00%(49/50),高于对照组的84.00%(42/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组FSH、LH、E_(2)水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组PBAC评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,两组子宫内膜厚度、子宫体积均小于治疗前,且研究组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:葆宫止血颗粒联合黄体酮治疗功能失调性子宫出血患者,可提高临床疗效,降低性激素水平,减少月经量,减小子宫内膜厚度和子宫体积,效果优于单纯黄体酮治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of Baogong Zhixue granules combined with Progesterone in treatment of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 100 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding admitted to this hospital from September 2021 to February 2024.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Progesterone,while the study group was treated with Baogong Zhixue granules on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the levels of sex hormone indexes[follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E_(2)),luteinizing hormone(LH)]and uterine parameters(endometrial thickness,uterine volume),and the menstrual volume[pictorial blood loss assessment chart(PBAC)]score before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 98.00%(49/50),which was higher than 84.00%(42/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and E_(2) in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the PBAC scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and that in the study group was lower than that in the control group;the endometrial thickness and the uterine volume of the two groups were less than those before the treatment,and those in the study group were less than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Baogong Zhixue granules combined with Progesterone in the treatment of the patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the levels of sex hormones,menstrual volume,endometrial thickness and uterine volume.Moreover,it is superior to simple Progesterone treatment.
