行业视野下目标导向“现代工业发酵调控学”课程教学改革

摘要 教育的终极目标是为相关行业输送所需各类人才。“现代工业发酵调控学”是发酵工程专业硕士研究生的一门核心专业课,对发酵行业人才培养起着至关重要作用。现有的教学过程多为教师填鸭式授课,学生被动吸收,且教学内容繁杂、学生理解困难等弊端,致使学生不能系统地掌握并理解发酵过程关键控制环节和调控参数影响情况,学习仅仅处于理论层面,纸上谈兵,综合应用能力差。文章充分发挥本校在发酵领域的科教优势,以行业视角、成果导向的教学理念,分别开展“三位一体”教学目标的修订,行业需求的模块化教学内容优化、案例引导结合创新创业竞赛的教学方法创新、多元化教学评价和教学反馈的持续改进等教学改革,以期为发酵行业培养应用型高技术人才。 The ultimate goal of education is to provide all kinds of talents for related industries.“Modern Industrial Fermentation Regulation”is a core professional course for postgraduate students majoring in fermentation engineering,which plays an important role in the cultivation of talents in the fermentation industry.The existing teaching process is mostly based on teachers’cramming teaching,and students passively absorb the teaching content.The disadvantages of complicated teaching content and difficult understanding of students make students unable to systematically grasp and understand the key control links and control parameters of fermentation process.The study is only at the theoretical level,on paper,and the comprehensive application ability is poor.Based on the scientific and educational advantages of our school in the field of fermentation,this paper carries out the revision of the“three-in-one”teaching objectives,the optimization of modular teaching content required by the industry,the innovation of teaching methods based on case guidance combined with innovation and entrepreneurship competition,the continuous improvement of diversified teaching evaluation and teaching feedback,in order to cultivate applied high-tech talents for the fermentation industry.
