摘要
目的 研究三位一体化协同急救护理对急性心肌梗死(AMI)主动脉内球囊反搏术(IABP)治疗作用。方法 选择2023年1月—2024年12月本院CCU收治的80例IABP手术治疗AMI患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施三位一体化协同急救护理。比较两组患者急救效果、心理状态和不良事件情况。结果 研究组急救时间与住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,研究组SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 运用三位一体化协同急救护理对IABP手术治疗AMI患者实施干预,可有效改善患者心理状态,提升抢救成功率,降低不良事件发生率,缩短急救时间与住院时间。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of trinity collaborative emergency care in acute myocardial infarction(AMI)intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation(IABP).Methods 80 IABP surgical treatment AMI patients admitted to CCU of our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected.The random number table method was divided into study group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The control group was Implement routine care and the research group implements trinity collaborative first aid care.The first aid effect,psychological status and adverse events of the two groups were compared.Results The first aid time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the SAS score and SDS score of the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group.(P<0.05).Conclusion Using trinity-integrated collaborative emergency care to intervene in IABP surgery for AMI patients can effectively improve the patient's psychological state,improve the success rate of rescue,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and shorten the emergency time and hospitalization time.
