连采连充式工作面矿压叠加特征及围岩控制技术应用 被引量:1

Characteristics of mine pressure superposition and application of surrounding rock control technology in continuous mining-backfilling faces

摘要 为解决特厚煤层在连采连充工艺中支巷围岩变形及稳定性难题,采用数值模拟与现场实验相结合的方法,揭示采动应力场时空迁移规律及围岩破坏机制,提出“深层锚索约束+浅层锚杆支护+双向护网”的差异化协同控制技术。研究结果表明:充填后可显著降低未开采支巷应力集中水平;充填体-煤柱复合结构因刚度差异导致显著非对称变形;通过“锚索约束深部岩体+锚杆强化浅层结构+护网协同承载”的差异化支护,实现围岩应力场均衡化调控。研究结果可为特厚煤层绿色高效开采提供理论与技术支撑。 In order to address the challenge of surrounding rock deformation and stability in branch roadways during ultrathick coal seam mining with continuous mining-backfilling,this study employs integrated numerical simulation and field testing.It elucidates the spatiotemporal evolution of mining-induced stress fields and rock failure mechanisms,proposing a differentiated cooperative control technology featuring“deep cable-bolt reinforcement+shallow rock-bolt support+bidirectional mesh protection”.The results demonstrate that:the backfill significantly mitigates stress concentration in unmined branch roadways;the backfill-coal pillar composite exhibits pronounced differential deformation due to stiffness contrast at the material interface;and the optimized redistribution of surrounding rock stress fields is achieved through differentiated support combining cable bolts for deep rock mass constraint,rock bolts for shallow structure reinforcement,and protective mesh for cooperative load-bearing.These findings provide theoretical underpinnings and technical solutions enabling green,high-efficiency extraction of ultrathick coal seams.
