双调节水轮发电机组中定桨运行模式应用及影响

摘要 随着轴流转桨式及灯泡贯流式机组在低水头、大流量电站中的广泛应用,其运行可靠性成为地方电网稳定的重要保障。当桨叶调节出现故障情况,定桨运行模式作为一种应急措施,可将故障桨叶开度固定在一定的角度,从而保障机组的基本运行。文章分析了双调节水轮发电机组中定桨运行模式的可行性,以及对故障处理、发电效率、机组稳定性的影响。 With the widespread application of axial flow propeller and bulb through flow units in low head and high flow power stations,their operational reliability is an important guarantee for the stability of local power grids.When blade adjustment fails,the fixed blade operation mode can be used as an emergency measure to fix the opening of the faulty blade at a certain angle to ensure the basic operation of the unit.This article analyzes the feasibility of fixed pitch operation of dual regulation units and their impact on fault handling,power generation efficiency,and unit stability.
