摘要
手术作为一种重要的治疗手段,其实施效果会直接影响患者的生命安全,针对手术实施的分级管理制度是医疗管理中应对手术风险的重要手段,也是医院确保手术质量的关键措施。设计并开发了一套手术权限分级管理信息系统,并与医院信息系统(HIS)实现了集成。采用智能化、信息化的手段,对手术的申请、审批、评估、授权、收回授权、全过程监管等多个环节进行了手术权限分级的精细化管理,有效提高了手术的安全性。
Surgery is an important treatment method,and the effectiveness of surgery directly affects the life safety of patients.The implementation of a hierarchical management system for surgery is an important means of dealing with surgical risks in medical management,and is also a key measure for hospitals to ensure the quality of surgery.This paper designs and develops a set of surgical authorization hierarchical management information system,and integrates it with hospital information system(HIS).This paper adopts intelligent and informational means to finely manage the classification of operation authority in many links such as operation application,approval,evaluation,authorization,withdrawal of authorization and whole process supervi-sion,which effectively improves the safety of operation.
