摘要
供电企业运行存在不同层级、不同领域的安全风险。为了确保供电企业的安全稳定运行,提出基于因子分析的供电企业多层级安全风险智能评估方法。建立多层级的风险评价指标体系;使用因子分析方法获取指标公共因子,计算风险值,建立安全风险等级;使用支持向量机建立安全风险评估目标函数,通过目标函数输出完成供电企业多层级安全风险评估结果。实验结果表明,使用所提方法评估供电企业多层级安全风险时,评估耗时在450 s以内,风险评估适应度损失率在0.42以下,评估准确性在98%以上,进一步说明了所提方法的评估效果好,可以有效优化供电企业安全风险评估效果。
The operation of power supply enterprises involves safety risk at different levels and in different fields.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of power supply enterprises,a multi-level safety risk intelligent assessment method for power supply enterprises based on factor analysis is proposed.This paper establishes a multi-level risk evaluation index system,and uses factor analysis method to obtain common factors of indicators,calculates risk values,and establishes safety risk lev-els.This paper establishes a safety risk assessment objective function using support vector machine,and completes the multi-level safety risk assessment results for power supply enterprises through the output of the objective function.The experimental results show that when the proposed method is used to evaluate multi-level safety risk in power supply enterprises,the evalua-tion time is within 450 s,the risk assessment fitness loss rate is below 0.42,and the evaluation accuracy is above 98%,which further demonstrates that the evaluation effect of the proposed method is good and can effectively optimize the safety risk as-sessment effect of power supply enterprises.
