摘要
为提升输电网扩建规划水平,提出基于Chu-Beasley遗传算法和构造启发式算法的输电网静态和多阶段扩建规划新方法。在所提方法中,Chu-Beasley遗传算法被用来将输电网扩建规划问题的混合整数非线性规划数学模型转化为线性规划数学模型,采用Villasana Garver构造启发式算法消除Chu-Beasley遗传算法执行过程中的个体不确定性。将所提方法用于解决24节点IEEE-24系统的电网扩建规划问题,测试结果证明了所提方法的有效性。
A novel static and multi-stage expansion planning method based on Chu-Beasley genetic algorithm and constructional heuristic algorithm is proposed to improve the level of transmission network expansion planning.In the proposed method,the Chu-Beasley genetic algorithm is used to transform the mixed integer nonlinear programming mathematical model of transmis-sion network expansion planning problem into a linear programming mathematical model.The Villasana Garver construction heuristic algorithm is applied to eliminate the individual uncertainties in the execution of Chu-Beasley genetic algorithm.The proposed method is utilized to solve the problem of power network expansion planning for 24-node IEEE-24 system.The test results show that the proposed method is effective in solving the problems of transmission network expansion planning.
