摘要
基坑开挖安全问题一直是受国内外施工企业施工生产过程中重点关注的安全问题之一。该文以北海市某道路工程管道基坑采用自动化监测技术为例,基坑开挖深度从3 m到13 m,自动化监测深基坑水平位移形变值从4 mm上升到28 mm,上升幅度约6倍,且随开挖深度仍呈倍数增加的趋势;当开挖深度达到11 m时,深基坑水平位移累计变形值超过允许值的60%,自动化监测系统自动预警。同时,证明基坑水平位移形变随着开挖深度的增加不断扩大,当开挖深度达到一定临界值时,自动化监测系统能够迅速反应,为工程安全提供保障。
The safety issue of foundation pit excavation has always been one of the safety issues that has attracted the attention of domestic and foreign construction companies during the construction and production process.This paper takes the pipeline foundation pit of a road project in Beihai City using automated monitoring technology as an example.The excavation depth of the foundation pit ranges from 3m to 13m,and the horizontal displacement and deformation value of the automated monitoring deep foundation pit increases from 4mm to 28mm,an increase of about 6 times,and still increases multiple with the excavation depth;when the excavation depth reaches 11m,the cumulative horizontal displacement and deformation value of the deep foundation pit exceeds 60%of the allowable value,and the automated monitoring system automatically provides early warning.Meanwhile,it is proved that the horizontal displacement and deformation of the foundation pit continue to expand with the increase of excavation depth.When the excavation depth reaches a certain critical value,the automated monitoring system can quickly reflect it,providing guarantee for project safety.
