该文介绍山西小店高架桥健康监测系统的设计,旨在通过实时监测桥梁的结构响应来提高桥梁的运维效率和安全性。系统由自动化数据采集与监测子系统、数据存储与管理子系统、结构预警与结构安全评估子系统、视频监控子系统、用户界面子系统构成。监测内容包括主梁的挠度、应变和裂缝监测。系统通过云平台服务层进行数据存储和分析,并通过客户端应用层提供数据展示和预警功能。该系统有助于及时发现桥梁损伤,为桥梁管理部门提供决策支持,从而延长桥梁使用寿命并降低养护成本。
This paper introduces the design of the health monitoring system for Xiaodian Viaduct in Shanxi Province,which aims to improve the bridge's operation and maintenance efficiency and safety by monitoring the bridge's structural response in real time.The system consists of an automated data collection and monitoring subsystem,a data storage and management subsystem,a structural early warning and structural safety assessment subsystem,a video monitoring subsystem,and a user interface subsystem.The monitoring content includes the monitoring of deflection,strain and crack of the main beam.The system stores and analyzes data through the cloud platform service layer,and provides data display and early warning functions through the client application layer.The system helps detect bridge damage in a timely manner and provides decision support to bridge management departments,thereby extending bridge service life and reducing maintenance costs.
