摘要
糖尿病是引发动脉粥样硬化和脑卒中的重要危险因素,是造成颅内缺血性脑卒中患者死亡及预后不良的重要因素,早期诊断、制定治疗方案及预后评估对于糖尿病患者防治卒中、改善预后和降低死亡率至关重要。磁共振高分辨血管壁成像技术(HRMR—VWI)可直观呈现糖尿病并缺血性脑卒中患者颅内动脉管壁情况,提供斑块定性定量评估,在为患者提供诊断依据、风险分层、病因分析、治疗方案制定以及预后评估方面具有重要意义。本文对HRMR-VWI技术及其在分析糖尿病患者颅内斑块特征等方面进行综述。
Diabetes is an important risk factor for atherosclerosis and stroke,and it is an important factor contributing to the death and poor prognosis of patients with intracranial ischemic stroke.Early diagnosis,formulation of treatment plans,and prognosis evaluation are crucial for preventing stroke,improving prognosis,and reducing mortality in diabetic patients.High-resolution magnetic resonance vessel wall imaging technology(HRMR-VWI)can directly present the situation of the intracranial arterial wall in diabetic patients with ischemic stroke and provide qualitative and quantitative assessment of plaques,which is of great significance in providing diagnostic basis,risk stratification,etiological analysis,formulation of treatment plans,and prognosis evaluation for patients.The study reviews the HRMR-VWI technology and its application in analyzing the characteristics of intracranial plaques in diabetic patients.
