双歧杆菌三联活菌联合盐酸西替利嗪滴剂治疗小儿湿疹的临床疗效观察

Observation of the Clinical Effect of Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Bacteria Combined with Cetirizine Hydrochloride Drops in the Treatment of Infantile Eczema

摘要 目的探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌联合盐酸西替利嗪滴剂治疗对小儿湿疹的影响。方法选取2023年1月—2024年8月于牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院就诊的90例湿疹患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组患儿给予盐酸西替利嗪滴剂治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上采用双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗,两组均持续治疗1个月。比较两组的临床疗效、炎症指标、病情严重程度、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.78%,高于对照组的82.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组白细胞介素-10、白细胞介素-4水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者为导向的湿疹测量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿湿疹采用双歧杆菌三联活菌联合盐酸西替利嗪滴剂治疗,有助于降低炎症反应,减轻患儿病情,提升疗效,且安全性良好。 Objective To explore the effect of the combined treatment of Bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria and cetirizine hydrochloride drops on infantile eczema.Methods Ninety children with eczema who were treated at Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from January 2023 to August 2024 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with cetirizine hydrochloride drops,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria on the basis of the treatment in the control group,both groups were treated continuously for one month.The clinical effect,inflammatory indicators,disease severity,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than 82.22%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-10 and interleukin-4 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the score of the Patient-Oriented Eczema Measure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria and cetirizine hydrochloride drops for infantile eczema is helpful to reduce the inflammatory response,alleviate the condition of the children,improve the therapeutic effect,and has good safety.
