摘要
【目的】研究5G物联终端技术在智慧住房租赁管理中的应用,分析其在提高租赁管理效率、优化资源配置和提升服务质量方面的潜力,探讨如何通过技术手段解决现有租赁管理中的问题。【方法】通过对5G物联终端技术的原理与应用场景进行系统分析,并结合智慧住房租赁管理系统框架,探讨5G技术在数据采集、传输、处理与决策中发挥的作用。【结果】研究表明,5G物联终端技术在智慧住房租赁管理中可实现多维数据的高频采集与低时延交互,显著提升了租赁流程中身份验证、资源调度及状态监控等关键环节的响应效率。【结论】归纳提出基于5G网络切片与边缘计算的跨平台融合优化路径,为构建智能化、可持续的住房租赁服务生态提供支撑,为未来智慧住房租赁管理系统的发展提供理论指导。
[Purposes]This study investigates the application of 5G IoT terminal technology in smart housing rental management,focusing on its potential to enhance operational efficiency,optimize resource allocation,and improve service quality.It further examines technological solutions for addressing current challenges in rental management.[Methods]The paper presents a systematic analysis of the underlying principles and application scenarios of 5G IoT terminal technology.By integrating this technology with smart housing rental management systems,this study examines the critical role of 5G technology in facilitating data collection,transmission,processing,and decision-making processes.[Findings]The study demonstrates that 5G IoT terminal technology facilitates high-frequency data acquisition and lowlatency interaction of multidimensional data in smart housing rental management.This technological integration significantly improves the response efficiency in critical operational processes including identity verification,resource allocation,and status monitoring.[Conclusions]This study proposes an optimization framework based on 5G network slicing and edge computing for cross-platform integration,supporting the development of an intelligent and sustainable housing rental service ecosystem.The findings provide theoretical guidance for advancing future smart housing rental management systems.
