摘要
闲暇能够促进人的主体性生成与实现、升华与超越。然而,当前闲暇的“失范化”与教育的“工作化”相互形塑,消解了闲暇的教育性与教育的闲暇性,造成教育与闲暇的现实对立。迈向智能时代,教育与闲暇之间存在冲破对立并走向契合的机遇与可能。一方面,伴随着工作世界的变迁,闲暇生活的创新性、公共性特征及其背后的教育价值将不断显露;另一方面,随着智能技术的介入与教育性转化,教育的个性化、自主化和享用化等富有闲暇色彩的变革或将成为一种趋势。教育与闲暇的关系应从多重对立与拒斥复归到多重汲取与融合,进而充分释放闲暇的教育价值。教育应实现“教育指向闲暇”“教育通过闲暇”“教育作为闲暇”三个层面的融合,打开教育更多的可能性,促进个体主体性的生成与实现、升华与超越。
Leisure can facilitate the formation,realization,sublimation and transcendence of human subjectivity.However,the current mutual reinforcement of the“anomie of leisure”and the“industrialization of education”has eroded the educational essence of leisure and the leisurely quality of education,resulting in practical antagonism between the two.The advent of the intelligent era presents opportunities to transcend the opposition and achieve match between them.On the one hand,the evolving of work will increasingly reveal the innovative and communal characteristics of leisure life along with its inherent educational value.On the other hand,with the intervention and educationaltransformation of intelligent technology,education may evolve toward more personalized,autonomous and enjoyable forms.The relationship between education and leisure should transition from multi-confrontation and mutual exclusion to reciprocal enrichment and integration,thereby fully unleashing leisure's educational value.Specifically,this can be realized through the integration of orienting education toward leisure,conducting education through leisure and positioning education as leisure,which can expand educational possibilities and advance the formation,realization,sublimation and transcendence of human subjectivity.
