摘要
羊传染性胸膜肺炎(Mycoplasmal Pneumonia of Sheep and Goats,MPSG)是由山羊支原体山羊肺炎亚种等多种支原体引起的一种接触性呼吸道传染病,其传播速度快,致死率高,是严重危害我国养羊业健康发展的重要传染病之一。本文以普洱市墨江哈尼族自治县1例本地黑山羊传染性胸膜肺炎的诊治为例,详述了羊传染性胸膜肺炎的发病及诊治过程。通过现场调查、病理剖检和实验室检测等方法进行综合诊断,提出治疗方案,并结合相关文献探讨该病的致病机制、流行病学特点和防治措施,以期为养殖户在羊传染性胸膜肺炎的诊断和防治方面提供参考,减少该病对羊养殖业造成的经济损失。
Mycoplasmal Pneumonia of Sheep and Goats(MPSG)is a contagious respiratory disease caused by Mycoplasma capricolum subspecies and many other mycoplasma,It spreads rapidly and has a high fatality rate,making it one of the significant infectious diseases that seriously threaten the healthy development of the Sheep farming industry in China.This article takes the diagnosis and treatment of a local case of contagious pleuropneumonia in black goats in Mojiang Hani Autonomous County,Pu'er City as an example,and elaborates on the onset and diagnosis and treatment process of mycoplasmal Pneumonia of Sheep and Goats.Through comprehensive diagnosis by means of on-site investigation,pathological autopsy and laboratory testing,a treatment plan was proposed.In addition,the pathogenic mechanism,epidemiological characteristics and prevention and control measures of the disease were discussed in combination with relevant literature,with the aim of providing reference for farmers in the diagnosis and prevention and control of mycoplasmal Pneumonia of Sheep and Goats,and reducing the economic losses caused by the disease to the goat breeding industry.
