摘要
采用HI和ELISA检测方法对2024年在郑州市采集的血清样品进行主要动物疫病抗体监测,涵盖H5亚型禽流感、新城疫、H7亚型禽流感、口蹄疫、猪瘟和猪繁殖与呼吸综合征等疫病,检测样本总量19751份。结果显示,郑州市主要动物疫病免疫抗体水平在70%以上,总体符合防疫要求,但部分场点部分疫病的免疫抗体水平存在短板。通过数据分析能够及时发现动物疫情风险点,采取相应措施补齐防疫短板,为优化动物疫病防控策略提供科学依据。
The HI and ELISA detection methods are adopted to conduct immune antibody monitoring of major animal diseases on serum samples collected in Zhengzhou in 2024,covering diseases such as H5 subtype avian influenza,Newcastle disease,H7 subtype avian influenza,foot-and-mouth disease,swine fever and Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome.The total number of testing samples is 19,751.The results show that the immune antibody levels of major animal diseases in Zhengzhou are above 70%,which is generally in line with the epidemic prevention requirements.However,there are shortcomings in the immune antibody levels of some diseases at some places.Through data analysis,risk points of animal diseases can be identified in a timely manner,and corresponding measures can be taken to make up for the shortage,at the same time,these data can provide a scientific basis for optimizing the prevention and control strategies of animal diseases.
