摘要
为探究无患子(Sapindus mukorossi)果实表型性状与皂苷含量的关系,以及无患子果皮皂苷对植物病原菌的抑制活性,本研究选用贵州省黔南布依族苗族自治州独山县10株无患子实生单株果实,测定其表型性状及常春藤皂苷元的含量并进行Pearson相关性分析,采用抑菌圈法和菌丝生长速率法测定无患子果皮皂苷的抗菌活性。结果表明,B4果实表型性状最优,果实横径、纵径、侧径和单果鲜重均最高;B1果实品质性状最优,常春藤皂苷元含量与总皂苷含量均最高。Pearson相关性分析表明,常春藤皂苷元含量与果实鲜重、果实干重、果皮干重、果实横径、果重呈显著负相关,其中常春藤皂苷元含量与果皮干重负相关系数最大(-0.43),即皮薄、果小而轻的无患子果实中常春藤皂苷元的含量越高。抗细菌活性结果表明,无患子果皮皂苷对番茄疮痂病菌(Xanthomonas vesicatoria)的抑制活性最强,当供试样品有效质量为0.2 mg时,抑菌圈直径为10.31 mm。抗真菌活性结果表明,无患子果皮皂苷对广西炭疽菌(Colletotrichum guangxiense)的抑制活性最强,半数有效浓度(EC 50)值为36.30μg·mL^(-1)。研究结果可为无患子资源的综合开发和利用提供理论依据。
In order to explore the relationship between fruit phenotypic traits and saponin content of Sapindus mukorossi,and the inhibitory activity of S.mukorossi peel saponins against plant pathogens,10 seedlings of S.mukorossi in Dushan County,Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,Guizhou Province were selected in this study.The phenotypic traits and the content of hederagenin were determined and Pearson correlation analysis was performed.The antibacterial activity of S.mukorossi peel saponins was determined by inhibition zone method and mycelium growth rate method.The results showed that the fruit phenotypic traits of B4 were the best,and the fruit transverse diameter,longitudinal diameter,lateral diameter and single fruit fresh weight were the highest.B1 had the best fruit quality traits,and the contents of hederagenin and total saponins were the highest.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the content of hederagenin was significantly negatively correlated with fruit fresh weight,fruit dry weight,peel dry weight,fruit transverse diameter and whole fruit weight.Among them,the negative correlation coefficient between the content of hederagenin and peel dry weight was the largest(-0.43),that is,the higher the content of hederagenin in the fruit of S.mukorossi with thin skin,small and light fruit.The results of antibacterial activity showed that S.mukorossi pell saponins had the strongest inhibitory activity against Xanthomonas vesicatoria.When the effective mass of the test sample was 0.2 mg,the diameter of the inhibition zone was 10.31 mm.The results of antifungal activity showed that S.mukorossi peel saponins had the strongest inhibitory activity against Colletotrichum guangxiense,and the median effect concentration(EC 50)value was 36.30μg·mL^(-1).The results of this study can provide a theoretical basis for the comprehensive development and utilization of S.mukorossi resources.
