摘要
本文以某军用导航天线为例,深入研究振动试验中控制点位置差异对试验结果产生的影响。通过理论分析与实际案例相结合,阐述了控制点位置在试验中的关键作用,明确了不同位置会导致试验结果出现偏差,进而影响对产品性能和可靠性的评估。研究表明,合理选择控制点位置对于确保试验准确性、提高试验结果的可靠性具有重要意义,为振动试验的优化提供了理论依据和实践依据。
Taking a military navigation antenna as an example,this paper studies the influence of the difference in the position of the control point on the test results in the vibration test.Through the combination of theoretical analysis and practical cases,the key role of control point position in the test is expounded,and it is clear that different positions will lead to deviation of test results,which will affect the evaluation of product performance and reliability.The results show that the reasonable selection of the control point position is important to ensure the accuracy of the test and improve the reliability of the test results,which provides a theoretical and practical basis for the optimization of vibration test.
