浆态床反应器内传热研究进展

摘要 浆态床反应器是最常用的气液固三相反应器,具有等温性好、操作灵活、催化剂可在线置换等优点。本文综述了浆态床反应器内换热过程的研究成果,对影响换热系数的各因素进行了详细总结分析,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。现有研究表明影响浆态床反应器内换热系数的主要因素是表观气速、液体黏度、液体比热容、液体密度、液体导热系数、固含量、气体分布器等,而气体性质和液体表面张力对传热系数影响较小。通常增加表观气速、降低液体黏度、提高固含率、降低操作压力可以促进传热过程,增加换热系数。内构件对换热系数的影响较为复杂,有待进一步研究。换热系数的关联式主要分为因次关联式和无因次关联式。由于实验装置和体系差异,不同的关联式适用范围不同。最后,提出了浆态床反应器传热过程未来的研究方向。 Slurry bubble column reactor is the most commonly widely used gas-liquid-solid three-phase reactor which has several significant advantages such as uniform temperature distribution,easy operation,online catalyst replacement.Research progress on heat transfer in the slurry reactor was thoroughly reviewed.The factors which affected heat transfer coefficients were analyzed in detail.The main parameters were superficial gas velocity,liquid viscosity,liquid specific heat capacity,liquid density,liquid heat conductivity,solid content,gas distributor,etc.And the physical properties of gas and surface tension of liquid played little role in heat transfer coefficient.The effect of the size of particles on heat transfer coefficient was complex,needing further study.The correlations can be divided into two categories:dimensional correlation and non-dimensional correlation.Based on different experimental conditions,the correlation had a specific application scope.Up to now,there was no universal correlation which fits all the conditions.Future research direction of heat transfer process for heat transfer coefficient were proposeed.
