摘要
文章以江苏延长中燃PDH装置为研究对象,系统阐述其工艺概况。重点分析氮氧化物的产生途径,探讨氮氧化物对装置的双重影响。详细阐述针对氢氧化物的优化措施,源头控制中,优化燃烧工艺、燃料选择与预处理,设备和仪表的维修保障。过程控制中,安装脱硝设备,实时监测与反馈,加强工艺操作,以及科学的末端治理措施。形成“源头控制-过程优化-末端治理”的全流程管控体系。研究为同类装置氮氧化物减排及安全高效运行提供可借鉴的技术路径与管理策略。
The paper takes Jiangsu Yanchang Intermediate Combustion PDH plant as the research object and systematically elaborates on its process overview.Focus on analyzing the pathways of nitrogen oxide generation and exploring the dual impact of nitrogen oxides on the equipment.Elaborate on optimization measures for hydroxides,including optimization of combustion processes,fuel selection and pretreatment,and maintenance support for equipment and instruments in source control.In process control,install denitrif ication equipment,monitor and provide real-time feedback,strengthen process operations,and implement scientif ic end of pipe treatment measures.Establish a full process control system of“source control process optimization end treatment”.Research provides a technical path and management strategy that can be used as a reference for reducing nitrogen oxide emissions and ensuring safe and eff icient operation of similar devices.
