摘要
项目投产准备是项目从建设期转入运营期的重要工作,为项目后期稳定运行奠定基础。文章概述了投产准备的概念、任务及重要性,分析了投产准备工作的现状,介绍了铜陵有色奥炉工程项目在投产准备与管理方面的实践,以期为其他类似项目的投产工作提供借鉴。
Project commissioning preparation is an important task for a project to transition from the construction period to the operation period,laying a foundation for the stable operation of the project in the later stage.This paper summarizes the concept,tasks and signif icance of commissioning preparation,analyzes the current situation of commissioning preparation work,and introduces the practice of commissioning preparation and management of the Tongling Nonferrous Metals’Austrian Furnace Project,with the aim of providing references for the commissioning work of other similar projects.
