铁路信号实训考核一体化系统的研究与应用

摘要 针对现有铁路信号实训系统与现场系统脱节、实训场景不全面、考核标准不统一及效率低等问题,研究开发一套实训考核一体化系统。系统采用虚实结合的思路,既使用真实信号设备,又使用仿真程序模拟计算机联锁、调度集中和集中监测等系统的功能复现现场实际工作场景,并可以一键设置恢复室内外典型故障,满足职工实训要求。通过模块化设计考核方案,采用多种方式还原现场作业内容,结合国铁集团相关标准对实训人员专业技能水平进行客观评价判定,并将结果统一上传,便于管理人员对实训内容进行管理和改进。应用情况说明系统能有效地增强现场职工技能水平。 Aiming at the problems of disconnection of existing practical training system for railway signaling with site system,lacking of comprehensive training scenarios,disunification of assessment standards and low efficiency,a practical training and assessment integration system is designed and developed.The system adopts the idea of virtual-real combination,uses both real signal equipment and simulation program to simulate the functions of computer interlocking,dispatching center,centralized monitoring and other systems to reproduce the actual working scene,so as to recreate the real on-site scenarios.Additionally,it allows for one-click restoration of typical indoor and outdoor faults to meet employee practical training requirements.Through the modular design assessment scheme,a variety of ways are used to restore the on-site operation content.Combined with the relevant standards of China Railway,the professional skill levels of the trainees are evaluated and judged objectively,and the results are uploaded uniformly,so as to manage and improve the practical training content with the management personnel.The application situation demonstrates that the system can effectively assist in enhancing the skill levels of on-site employees.
