摘要
目的探讨放血疗法在外障热性眼病中的应用价值。方法筛选2023年1月至2024年7月期间在我院接受诊治的200例外障热性眼病患者,以随机数表法展开研究,比较对照组和观察组患者不同时间段内的疗效情况、治疗前后两组患者的VAS疼痛水平、平均治疗费用。结果两组患者“即刻”的治疗效果之间不存在较大差异(P>0.05),其“一天”“三天”时的治疗效果明显较优(P<0.05),治疗前两组患者的VAS疼痛水平无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者的VAS疼痛水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两者的平均治疗费用之间无较大差异(P>0.05)。结论放血疗法在外障热性眼病患者中具有较好的应用价值,能够明显提升治疗效果,改善患者的疼痛程度。
Objective Exploring the application value of bloodletting therapy in external barrier heat induced eye diseases.Methods Select 200 patients with febrile eye diseases who received treatment in our hospital from January 2023 to July 2024,and conduct a study using a random number table method to compare the efficacy,VAS pain levels,and aver-age treatment costs of the control group and the observation group at different time periods.Results There was no signif-icant difference in the immediate treatment effect between the two groups of patients(P>0.05),and the treatment effect was significantly better in the"one day"and"three days"periods(P<0.05).Before treatment,the VAS pain levels of the two groups of patients were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS pain levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the average treatment cost between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Bloodletting therapy has good application value in patients with external barrier heat eye disease,which can significantly improve treatment effectiveness and alleviate patient pain.
