摘要
目的:探讨瑞舒伐他汀标准化治疗冠心病的效果。方法:选取2020年5月至2023年5月礼县第一人民医院收治的冠心病患者84例,随机分为对照组与实验组,各42例。对照组采用常规治疗方式,实验组应用瑞舒伐他汀进行治疗。对比两组患者的疗效、心功能和治疗安全性。结果:实验组干预有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。治疗后,实验组各项心功能评定指标均优于对照组,P<0.05。两组患者用药期间的不良反应发生率相当,P>0.05。结论:瑞舒伐他汀可以更好地改善患者心功能,是一种有效且安全的治疗方式,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of rosuvastatin standardized treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 84 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Lixian County,from May 2020 to May 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the experimental group received rosuvastatin treatment.The efficacy,cardiac function and treatment safety of the two groups were compared.Results:The intervention effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the evaluation indexes of cardiac function in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was similar between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Rosuvastatin can better improve the cardiac function of patients,which is an effective and safe treatment mode worthy of promotion.
