摘要
本文通过梳理广西北部湾港涉海行业气象服务与其标准体系现状,分析广西北部湾港涉海行业气象服务标准体系存在的主要问题,提出构建广西北部湾港涉海行业气象服务高质量发展标准体系、加快涉海行业气象服务关键核心标准制定、加强涉海行业气象服务标准化人才队伍建设、创新建立广西北部湾港涉海行业气象服务标准化体制机制等对策建议,为健全完善广西北部湾港涉海行业气象服务高质量标准体系提供决策参考,助力广西实现向海图强。
By sorting out the current state of meteorological services and standards systems for marine-related industries in the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Port,this paper analyzes key challenges in establishing the standards system for these services,proposes the countermeasures such as constructing a standards system for high-quality meteorological services in marine-related industries,accelerating the development of core standards in marine-related industries,strengthening the talent team cultivation in meteorological standardization,and innovating the institutional mechanisms for meteorological service standardization in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Port.These recommendations provide decision-making references for enhancing the standardization system of meteorological services for marine-related industries in the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Port,supporting Guangxi’s maritime development strategy.
