Objective To explore the application effect of one-on-one full-process responsibility midwifery nursing in the delivery of parturients. Methods A total of 90 parturients who delivered in the Department of Obstetrics,Tianshui Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected.Among them, those who delivered from January to June 2023 were assigned to the control group(45 cases, receiving routine nursing),and those who delivered from July to December 2023 were assigned to the observation group(45 cases, receiving one-on-one full-process responsibility midwifery nursing). The labor process, postpartum hemorrhage volume, nursing satisfaction and psychological state of the two groups were compared. Results The first, second, and third labor stages in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group, and the hemorrhage volume at 2 and 24 hours after delivery was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The symptom checklist-90 score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion One-on-one full-process responsibility midwifery nursing has a good application effect in the delivery of parturients, which can shorten the labor process, reduce the postpartum hemorrhage volume, improve the nursing satisfaction and psychological state.
