捏脊疗法对脾胃虚弱型厌食症患儿血微量元素、胃肠激素及D-木糖吸收率的影响

摘要目的观察捏脊疗法对脾胃虚弱型厌食症患儿血微量元素、胃肠激素及D-木糖吸收率的影响。方法选取寿光市人民医院2022年10月至2024年6月收治的90例脾胃虚弱型厌食症患儿,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各45例。对照组用双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片常规治疗,观察组用双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片联合捏脊疗法,比较两组血微量元素含量、临床疗效、胃肠激素水平、胃排空时间和D-木糖吸收率。结果观察组治疗后各项血微量元素含量高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的胃肠激素水平更高,胃排空时间更短(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的D-木糖吸收率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脾胃虚弱型厌食症患儿实施捏脊疗法可有效提高患儿的血微量元素含量,减轻症状,调节胃肠激素水平,促进D-木糖吸收及胃部排空,值得推广。 Objective To observe the influence of chiropractic therapy on the blood trace elements,gastrointestinal hormones and absorption rate of D-xylose in children with anorexia due to deficiency of spleen and stomach.Methods A total of 90 children with anorexia due to deficiency of spleen and stomach in Shouguang People’s Hospital from October 2022 to June 2024 were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment with Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets,while the observation group received treatment with Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets combined with chiropractic therapy.The contents of blood trace elements,clinical efficacy,levels of gastrointestinal hormones,gastric emptying time and D-xylose absorption rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of various blood trace elements in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The gastrointestinal hormone levels in the observation group were higher and the gastric emptying time was shorter after treatment(P<0.05).The absorption rate of D-xylose in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of chiropractic therapy in children with anorexia due to deficiency of spleen and stomach can effectively increase the content of blood trace elements of children,alleviate symptoms,regulate the levels of gastrointestinal hormones,promote the absorption of D-xylose and gastric emptying,and is worthy of promotion.
