摘要
总结1例急性心肌梗死伴血糖正常型糖尿病酮症酸中毒合并脑出血患者的护理体会。针对患者发病症状不典型、疾病高风险性及血糖正常型糖尿病酮症酸中毒的罕见性等特征,采取观察与鉴别不典型症状、系统评估锁定酮症风险、目标导向控制血糖、精细化补液管理、纠正内环境紊乱、评估血栓及出血风险、应用情绪ABC管理理论实施心理护理等措施。经过16d的综合治疗及精心护理,患者病情平稳,情绪良好,顺利出院。
To summarize the nursing experience of a case of acute myocardial infarction with euglycemic diabetic ketoacidosis complicated with cerebral hemorrhage.According to the characteristics of atypical symptoms,high risk of the disease and rarity of euglycemic diabetic ketoacidosis,measures such as observation and identification of atypical symptoms,systematic evaluation of the risk of ketosis,goal-oriented control of blood glucose,refined fluid management,correction of internal environment disorders,assessment of thrombi and bleeding risk,psychological nursing with emotional ABC management theory were adopted.After 16 days of comprehensive treatment and careful nursing,the patient's condition was stable with good mood and discharged.
