摘要
目的探讨分析基于“互联网+护理服务”的延续护理在复杂性肛瘘切除术患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2022年04月-2023年08月收治的106例复杂性肛瘘切除术后患者,并进行随机分组,对照组给予常规护理方法,研究组在此护理的基础上实施基于“互联网+护理服务”的延续护理干预。比较两组患者的护理效果、肛门功能Wexner评分、并发症发生率及护理的满意度。结果研究组患者的肛门功能Wexner评分3.65±0.91;满意度评分96.01±3.99;并发症假性愈合发生率3.77%、并发症切口感染发生率7.55%、并发症肛门狭窄发生率13.21%,研究组效果评价明显优于与对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论实施基于“互联网+护理服务”的延续护理干预对复杂性肛瘘切除术患者的肛门功能恢复和术后康复都起到较好的临床效果。
Objective To investigate and analyze the application effect of"Internet+nursing service"based on continuous nursing in patients with complex anal fistula resection.Methods A total of 106 patients with complicated anal fistula resection admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to August 2023 were randomly divided,and the control group was given routine nursing methods,and the study group implemented a continuous nursing intervention based on"Internet+nursing service"on the basis of this nursing.The nursing effect,Wexner score of anal function,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The Wexner score of anal function was 3.65±0.91,the satisfaction score was 96.01±3.99,the incidence of pseudounion was 3.77%,the incidence of incision infection was 7.55%,and the incidence of anal stenosis was 13.21%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of continuous nursing intervention based on"Internet+nursing service"has a good clinical effect on the recovery of anal function and postoperative rehabilitation in patients with complicated anal fistula resection.
