摘要
正本清源是推进新时代文化建设的基本遵循和重要前提,守正创新是指导新时代文化建设的科学世界观和方法论,正是因为坚持了正本清源、守正创新,新时代文化建设才取得了历史性成就。从历史出场逻辑和民族复兴叙事来看,新时代文化建设坚持正本清源,其历史主动性、时空贯通性和资源整合性前所未有。从理论在场逻辑和现代化话语建构来看,新时代文化建设深刻揭示守正创新才能在世界文化激荡中胸怀“国之大者”而行稳致远,坚守魂脉与根脉才能巩固和高扬中华民族的文化主体性,建设中国式现代化文化形态是新征程的题中要义。新时代文化建设的实践成就深刻表征为在正本清源、守正创新中增强了新时代中国文化的思想引领力、精神凝聚力、价值感召力和国际影响力。
Rectifying the origin is the basic observance and an important prerequisite for promoting cultural construction in the new era,upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground is a scientific world outlook and methodology to guide cultural con⁃struction in the new era,we have made historic achievements in promoting the practice of cultural construction in the new era by rectifying the origin and upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground.From the perspective of historical appearance logic and national rejuvenation narrative,cultural development in the new era must be rooted in rectifying the origin,its historical initiative,spatiotemporal connectivity and resource integration are unprecedented.From the perspective of theoretical presence logic and modern discourse construction,profound revelation of cultural construction in the new era:only by upholding fundamen⁃tal principles and breaking new ground can we walk steadily and achieve great success in the turbulence of world culture with a broad vision of the"great nation",only by adhering to the soul and root pulse can we consolidate and promote the cultural subjectiv⁃ity of the Chinese nation,building Chinese path to modernization cultural form is the key point of the new journey.In summary,the practical logic of cultural construction in the new era is deeply characterized by strengthening ideological leadership,spiritual cohesion,value appeal and international influence in rectifying the origin and upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground.Through the fields of history,theory,and practice,reflecting the historic achievements of cultural construction in the new era,including"why","by what means"and"how"they were achieved,forming a comprehensive and interconnected logical system.
