摘要 条带状铁建造(BIF)是前寒武纪特有的海相化学沉积岩,是早期地壳的重要组成部分,记录了地球早期构造演化、古环境变化和原始生命活动等重要信息。富有不同尺度的韵律条带是BIF的重要特征,尽管BIF的物质来源和沉积条件等研究已经取得丰富的成果,但关于BIF中不同尺度条带的成因仍是极具争议的话题。近年来,地质学家在BIF地层中识别出大量可靠的米兰科维奇旋回记录,创新性地提出了天文轨道驱动了BIF中不同尺度韵律条带的形成。本文系统梳理了旋回地层学在BIF地层中的研究进展,关注地球轨道旋回驱动的气候变化对BIF的影响,并进一步探讨其在华北克拉通BIF中的研究前景。 Banded iron formation(BIF)is chemical marine sedimentary rock that formed exclusively during the Precambrian.They constitute a significant component of the early crust and provide important insights into the tectonic evolution,ancient environmental changes,and primitive life activities on early Earth.A defining characteristic of BIF is their distinctive rhythmic banding,which occurs at various scales.Despite significant advances in understanding the sources of ore-forming materials and the depositional conditions of BIF,the origin of this banding is still being debated.In recent years,geologists have identified numerous reliable Milankovitch cycles records within BIF stratigraphy,leading to innovative theories proposing astronomical forcing as a driving factor for the formation of these rhythmic bands.This paper presents a comprehensive review of cyclostratigraphy in BIF,with a specific focus on exploring the impact of climate change driven by Earths orbital parameters.Furthermore,this study presents key unresolved issues and explores future prospects for cyclostratigraphic studies on BIF in the North China craton.
