不同剂型金霉素在肉鸡体内代谢过程及对肉鸡生长性能的影响

The Metabolic Process of Different Formulations of Chlortetracycline in Broiler Chickens and Their Effects on Growth Performance

摘要 本试验旨在研究不同剂型金霉素对肉鸡生长性能的影响、组织残留情况及其在肉鸡中的药代动力学。选取1日龄AA肉鸡720只,随机均分为3组,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,金霉素预混剂组饲喂添加了75μg/mL金霉素预混剂的试验饲粮,金霉素可溶性粉组饲喂添加了75μg/mL金霉素可溶性粉的试验饲粮,评估金霉素对肉鸡生长性能的影响及组织残留情况。随后,选取120只42日龄健康白羽肉鸡,随机均分为2组(试验一组、试验二组),分别灌服75μg/mL金霉素预混剂和可溶性粉,在给药后不同时间点采血,测定金霉素含量,进行药代动力学试验。结果显示:(1)饲粮中添加75μg/mL的金霉素预混剂或可溶性粉均能显著提高肉鸡在0~21 d的平均日增重(P<0.05),显著降低肉鸡在0~21 d的料重比(P<0.05)。(2)在停药后5 d,金霉素预混剂组和金霉素可溶性粉组肉鸡肝脏和肾脏中金霉素含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);金霉素可溶性粉组肉鸡肝脏和肾脏中金霉素含量显著高于金霉素预混剂组(P<0.05)。(3)药代动力学试验显示,试验一组和二组肉鸡血药浓度峰值(C_(max))分别为8.82和94.92 ng/mL,达峰时间(T_(max))分别为1和4 h,试验二组肉鸡血液中金霉素AUC0-T和AUC_(0-∞)显著高于试验一组。结果表明,饲粮中添加75μg/mL的金霉素预混剂或可溶性粉能改善肉鸡0~21 d的生长性能,且金霉素可溶性粉在肉鸡组织中的药物残留和生物利用度高于预混剂。本试验为正确指导肉鸡养殖用药提供了数据支撑。 In order to investigate the effects of different formulations of chlortetracycline(CTC)on the growth performance,tissue residues and pharmacokinetics in broiler chickens,720 one-day-old Arbor Acres(AA)broiler chickens were randomly divided into three groups:a control group(fed a basal diet),a CTC premix group(fed a diet supplemented with 75μg/mL CTC premix)and a CTC soluble powder group(fed a diet supplemented with 75μg/mL CTC soluble powder),to evaluate the effects of CTC on the growth performance and level of tissue residues in broiler chickens.Subsequently,120 healthy white-feathered broiler chickens aged 42 days were randomly divided into two groups(I and II),and orally administered 75μg/mL of CTC premix and soluble powder,respectively.The blood samples were collected at diff erent times to measure the level of CTC for pharmacokinetic experiment.The results showed that 75μg/mL of CTC premix or soluble powder added to the diet could signiff cantly increase the average daily weight gain of broiler chickens from 0 to 21 days(P<0.05),and signiff cantly reduce their feed-to-weight ratio(P<0.05);5 days after drug withdrawal,the level of CTC in livers and kidneys in both CTC premix group and soluble powder group was signiff cantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and remained the highest in the soluble powder group(P<0.05);pharmacokinetic experiment revealed that the peak plasma concentrations(C_(max))of the groups I and II were 8.82 and 94.92 ng/mL,respectively,with time to maximum concentration(T_(max))of 1 and 4 hours,respectively.The AUC0-T and AUC_(0-∞)of CTC in the blood of group II were signiff cantly higher than those of group I.In conclusion,adding 75μg/mL of CTC premix or soluble powder to the diet could improve the growth performance of broiler chickens from 0 to 21 days of age,the residues and bioavailability of the latter in tissues were higher than those of the former.Proper guidance to administration for broiler chicken farming was supported by the data obtained in the experiment.
