摘要
假兽药生产具有窝点隐蔽、生产时间不固定、销售渠道隐秘的特点,查处难度较大。本文以一起重大兽药造假窝点案件的查处作为研究对象,介绍了农业执法机关和公安机关联合执法查处兽药造假窝点的过程,分析了窝点案件查办的难点和要点,并结合工作经验,提出了查办窝点案件的对策和建议,旨在为查处此类案件提供参考。
The production of counterfeit veterinary drugs is characterized by concealed locations,irregular production schedules and covert distribution channels,which is quite difffcult to be investigated and cracked down.In the paper,targeting at an investigation on a major case of veterinary drug counterfeiting operation,the joint enforcement operation conducted by agricultural law enforcement agency and public security authority in dealing with the case was introduced,key challenges and critical factors in such operation were analyzed.Based on practical experience,countermeasures and recommendations for similar cases were proposed for future reference.
